Stop Running Plays.
Start Attacking Defenses.

The Coverage Beaters Blueprint gives flag football coaches the exact framework a professional quarterback uses to read coverage, identify the conflict defender, and put the ball in the open window — every single play.

"This isn’t just more plays—it’s the right plays at the right time. Once we understood spacing, leverage, and timing, everything clicked. We’re attacking Cover 2, Cover 3, and Man with purpose, and our offense has turned into a high-scoring, explosive unit."

Sound familiar?

Your Players Are Open.
You Are Still Not Scoring.

Most flag football coaches run good plays against defenses they have never been taught to read. The result is predictable — and so is the scoreboard.

You call the same plays every drive and the defense adjusts by halftime.
Your receivers get open but the QB throws late, early, or into coverage.
You cannot tell if the defense is in man or zone before the snap.
You have no way to explain to your QB what to look for after the snap.
You have plays. You do not have a system for attacking the coverage in front of you.
Tournament time comes and better-coached teams pick your offense apart.

This is not a talent problem. It is a knowledge gap — and it is exactly what the Coverage Beaters Blueprint was built to close.

What you will gain

A Coach Who Understands Every Coverage — Before and After the Snap

01
Identify Man vs. Zone Instantly

Read pre-snap keys and post-snap indicators so you know exactly what the defense is doing before you select your next play.

02
Attack the Conflict Defender

Find the one defender your concept is designed to stress — and put the ball exactly where they cannot go.

03
Beat Man Coverage on Command

Use formations, motion, and route concepts that create natural separation and force defenders through traffic.

04
Crack Cover 2 and Cover 3

Know the specific holes in each zone, which routes stress them, and how your QB should read and deliver the ball on time.

05
Teach Your QB to See the Field

Give your quarterback a real pre-snap and post-snap process — not routes to memorize, but a system for making decisions.

06
Always Have an Answer

When a defense shuts you down, you will know exactly what adjustment to make — and why it will work this time.

Meet Coach Dakota

Growing up, Coach Dakota never had the chance to play organized football — until college, where she discovered flag football and fell in love with the game. That passion led to a 6-year professional career with the Atlanta Steam as starting quarterback, then to coaching Sequoyah High School's inaugural girls flag football team to an undefeated, #1-ranked season in Georgia. She founded DH Flag Football Academy to create the opportunities she never had.
